About Ashley

Ashley Misquitta, CFA, is a Toronto‑based Senior Portfolio Manager at Empire Life Investments, where he’s led U.S. and global equity portfolios since 2017 . With an MBA from Notre Dame and prior roles at Mackenzie, BMO Capital Markets, National Bank Financial, and Invesco, he brings over 20 years of real-world finance experience.

In his spare time, he coaches business school and graduate students — helping them convert capability into compelling résumés, interviews, and successful job offers.
